Hey all and feliz fin de semana - happy weekend!! I'm still catching up with Boys Behind the Blog link-up. It's such a nice chance to get Rafa more involved in this space. Especially since he's off enjoying the jungles of Peru adventuring! I'm a little jealous, but really couldn't be happier for him...unless we were doing it together, of course :) Anyway, he it goes!

I-am-a-good-person.

2.     What is your biggest fear?

To die drowning or electrocuted.

3.     What is your favorite candy? 
Willy Wonka candies that pop in your mouth. (I think this is like Pop Rocks).

4.     What was the best Halloween costume you've ever worn? 

Spock from Star Trek.

5.     Who is your favorite football team?

Aurich Cañaña de Chiclayo is my soccer team because I don’t watch American football.

1. If you were an animal, what animal would you be?

I would be a cat so I could get love while I sleep.

2. What is your favorite meal? 

Mashed potatoes and pork chops.

3. Do you use any forms of Social Media? What is your favorite? 

My mouth to speak with people.

4. Beer, wine, liquor, other, or none of the above? 

Every and all, except mint-flavored ones.

Traveled by helicopter, but I've always wanted to.

Boys Behind the Blog {numero 3}

California is amazing. I haven't shared much about being back yet, that'll come soon. As much as I love this place, I am missing my guy...So I'm going to try catching up on this awesome link-up by Mal Smiles, which includes a few questions to ask the guys who are behind the blog. I love this so much because it usually leads to a lot of laughing and funny conversation. Thanks to my studly hubby for being enthusiastic to participate :)

1. What would you do with $1,000,000?

I would keep 100,000 and burn the rest. Or recycle it. 

2. What is your dream job? 

To work in cinema as director of photography.

3. Who is your celebrity crush? 

Shirley Manson, singer of Garbage.

4. What is your favorite sports team?

Boxing isn’t played on teams. So my favorite person is Oscar Buenaventa, who's an Argentinian boxer.

5. What was your AOL/AIM screen name back in the day?

Magu because I liked the name.

The Boy Behind the Blog {2}

Hey all! Do you know that feeling when a new season hits all of a sudden? That was today, here in Lima. Literally it's been foggy and no sun for the last 3 1/2 months I've been here and then...bam! Today is SPRING! Full out - sun, blue skies, and light-sweater-at-night weather. I couldn't be more happy to see something other than grey! There are studies about the weather's affect on peoples' or a region's feelings and I definitely see that it's true (for me at least). Having just a bit of sun and being able to see the moon at night, I feel refreshed and more focused. Just the inspiration I needed! 

Now...onto this really fun link-up with Mal and Stephanie. Boys Behind the Blog is about sharing a bit about the boy in our lives with some selected questions. I was excited to hear his answers too, because he always surprises me (#1 and #2 I wouldn't have known). So here are what my hubby - Rafael - says. 

1. What celebrity would play you in a movie about your life?
Marty McFly to be able to travel to the past or future. 

2. What is your dream car?
A van, like the A-Team.

3. Do you have any tattoos? What, where, why?
I have a few tattoos. Let's see...8. My latest tattoo is based on the movie "The Bicycle Thief" because it's one of the movie's that inspires me to keep going, even when things are bad. 

4. Boxers or briefs?
I prefer boxers.

5. List 3 random facts about yourself...
- I have 3 nipples. 
- One day I am going to go to Japan.
- I've been to the South Pole.

The Boy Behind the Blog I

Hello and happy weekend! These weeks are just passing by so quickly. I have some mixed feelings because come December things are changing a bit. I'll be visiting California for the holidays, which I really am excited about. At the same time, it'll be hard to be away from the hubby and it's not set in stone how long I'll be away. 

So in light of these changes and to keep Rafa involved in my blog life, I decided to start linking-up with Boys Behind the Blog! I love the idea of getting my hubby involved with my blog! 

Here are my sweetie's responses from the first link-up, theme being blogging.

1. Does your wife/girlfriend/fiance use your real name or a nickname on her blog?

Hubby.

2. If you had a blog, what would the title be?  

Doctor Fiasco because I like the name. Or Accattone, which is a movie.

3. Do you ever feel ignored by her because of the blog?

She doesn’t always listen because she’s immersed in her blog – writing a post or fixing a photo.

4. How has her blog changed or evolved throughout your relationship? 

It brings us closer because I like to give her advice or ideas and understand what she thinks through her blog.

5. What is your favorite post on her blog?
